Halloumi and Chilli

INGREDIENTS

2 packets of ANTHOS Halloumi                                                                2 tbs of chopped de-seeded fresh chilli                                                    4 tbs MINOS E.V Olive Oil                                                                     Juice of half a lime

                                                                                            

 

Mix the chopped chilli and olive oil and leave the flavours to infuse while cooking the halloumi. Use a non stick pan and without any oil give the Halloumi sices about 2 mins on each side until they are golden brown.

When they are cooked transfer them on serving plates and pour over the dressing and add some of the lime juice.
